For towing and roadside

Get behind the barrier. Then tell me where you are.

An AI receptionist that says the safety words before it asks a name, takes the road, the direction, the nearest exit or marker — and reads the location back until it is right. A wrong location is the whole job failed.

Who answers the phone for a towing or roadside business?

agents247 is an Australian AI receptionist that answers the phone for towing and roadside when you can't. It says the safety words before asking a name, takes the road, the direction and the nearest marker, and reads the location back until it is right. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then emails you the job before they hang up. Solo is $199 a month for 150 calls, Team is $449 for 500, GST included, no lock-in.

The call you missed today

Breakdown lane, 1am, trucks going past at the limit. The driver rang the first tow number that came up and got voicemail. The second company answered, got them behind the barrier, and got the tow and the accident work that followed.

What your agent already knows

From day one, before you customise anything.

  • On a motorway, freeway or any road with traffic passing, it says this before anything else — before the name: get out on the passenger side if it is safe, get behind the barrier, do not stand between the car and traffic, do not stand behind the car, hazard lights on.
  • Anyone injured, or the vehicle in a live lane on a high-speed road, is 000 first and then us. Smoke, a fuel smell or fire: everyone out and well away, 000. A caller who sounds unsafe — alone, at night, being approached — is flagged urgent and told help is being arranged.
  • Location, in order: road name and direction of travel, the nearest exit, cross street or the number on the nearest kilometre or emergency marker, the suburb, and what they can see. Then it reads the location back and asks them to confirm it.
  • Everything on a road is urgent; the real triage is hazard. Motorway and live lanes first, then unsafe locations, then driveways and car parks. It captures make and model, whether the car steers and rolls — that decides the truck — automatic or manual, who is in it, and where it is going.
  • Your listed hook-up or call-out fee and per-kilometre rate, stated plainly where you publish them. Recovery from a ditch, winching, accident towing — quoted, because it turns on the situation. No arrival promises: the dispatcher rings back.

What it refuses to do

Take a name before the safety words on a live road
Promise an arrival time
Price a recovery it has not seen
Take card details

Every roadside call answered, and the location right. Two plans, month to month, no lock-in.

The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. When you're convinced, the plans are on the pricing page.

We use this to ring you back about setting up, and nothing else.
