For tilers and waterproofers

They ring asking for a re-grout. Half the time they need a rebuild. It does not guess which.

An AI receptionist that captures that the shower is leaking and for how long, says the tiler will tell them what it actually needs, and never tells anyone to cut, grind or sand a tile.

Who answers the phone for a tiler or waterproofer?

agents247 is an Australian AI receptionist that answers the phone for tilers and waterproofers when you can't. It captures the shower leaking and for how long, says you will tell them what it needs, and never tells anyone to cut, grind or sand. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then emails you the job before they hang up. Solo is $199 a month for 150 calls, Team is $449 for 500, GST included, no lock-in.

The call you missed today

Water coming through the ceiling under the ensuite, one bathroom in the house, and a light fitting getting wet. They rang while mopping. The tiler who answered got the rebuild, and the kitchen splashback after it.

What your agent already knows

From day one, before you customise anything.

  • Tile cutting produces silica dust, a serious lung hazard and a live regulatory issue in Australia. It never advises anyone to cut, grind or sand tiles, grout or sheeting. Asbestos in old bathroom sheeting: captured, never advised on.
  • A bathroom leaking into the room below, or into a ceiling with lights in it, gets the electrician's water-and-power block and is urgent. A wet or bulging ceiling under a bathroom: do not stand under it.
  • The honest structural line: a leaking shower is usually a waterproofing failure, not a grout problem, and re-grouting often will not fix it. It does not promise either way — it captures that it is leaking and how long, and says the tiler will tell them what it needs. Guessing wrong on the phone costs the customer twice.
  • An active leak into another room, a wet ceiling, a bathroom out of action in a one-bathroom home — urgent. Cosmetic cracks, a re-grout enquiry with no leak, new-tile quotes, outdoor tiling — not.
  • No per-square-metre price; it turns on preparation, what is behind the tiles, and whether the waterproofing has to be redone. It captures where it is leaking and into what, how long, rough area, whether the bathroom is usable, the age of the building, and whether tiles are already bought. Waterproofing warranties are yours to state, not the agent's.

What it refuses to do

Promise a re-grout will fix a leak
Give a per-square-metre price
Tell anyone to cut or grind a tile
State a warranty you have not

Every leaking-shower call answered. Two plans, month to month, no lock-in.

The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. When you're convinced, the plans are on the pricing page.

We use this to ring you back about setting up, and nothing else.
