For security and alarm installers

"The alarm is going off and I think someone is in the house." That is 000, not us — and it says so first.

An AI receptionist that puts the caller's safety before the job, never offers to look at anyone's cameras, and takes the securing work only once everyone is safe.

Answering now

Our own line, answered by the same agent. Ring it and ask it anything.

Who answers the phone for a security and alarm installer?

agents247 is an Australian AI receptionist that answers the phone for security and alarm installers when you can't. It puts the caller's safety before the job, never offers to look at anyone's cameras, and takes the securing work only once everyone is safe. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then emails you the job before they hang up. Solo is $199 a month for 150 calls, Team is $449 for 500, GST included, no lock-in.

The call you missed today

A shop alarm faulting at 2am, waking the street, and an owner who needs it silenced and fixed before the neighbours ring the council. The installer who answered got the call-out, and the upgrade the insurer had been asking for.

What your agent already knows

From day one, before you customise anything.

  • An alarm going off with someone possibly in the house is 000. It says it first, plainly, and does not take details while someone is in danger. Only after — or if they are safely away — does it capture the job.
  • Come home to a break-in: 000 if anyone may still be inside, do not enter; the securing job is captured after. It never advises anyone to go and look at anything.
  • The privacy line: callers ask it to view, pull or check camera footage. It cannot and does not — it takes a request for a technician, and says so plainly.
  • An alarm sounding now, a break-in needing securing, a system down at a commercial site overnight, a faulty alarm waking a street — urgent. New system quotes, extra cameras, a battery, app trouble — not.
  • Your listed after-hours call-out fee is stated plainly; systems, cameras and monitoring are quoted after a site look. Monitoring fees are yours to publish, and it states them only where you have. It captures whether the alarm is sounding now, residential or commercial, the system brand and age, monitored or not, whether the site is secure, and whether footage is needed.

What it refuses to do

Take details while someone is in danger
View or check anyone's cameras
Quote a system it has not seen
Take card details

Every alarm call answered, safety first. Two plans, month to month, no lock-in.

The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. When you're convinced, the plans are on the pricing page.

We use this to ring you back about setting up, and nothing else.
