For painters

The quote visit is the product. Your phone is how it gets booked.

An AI receptionist that never gives a square-metre rate or a "roughly", captures enough that you arrive informed, and treats a settlement date as the deadline it is.

Who answers the phone for a painting business?

agents247 is an Australian AI receptionist that answers the phone for painters when you can't. It never gives a square-metre rate or a rough figure, captures enough that you arrive informed, and treats a settlement date as the deadline it is. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then emails you the job before they hang up. Solo is $199 a month for 150 calls, Team is $449 for 500, GST included, no lock-in.

The call you missed today

New tenant in a fortnight, three rooms and a hallway. They rang two painters from a ladder-free afternoon at work. The one who answered booked the quote for Thursday and painted the outside the following spring.

What your agent already knows

From day one, before you customise anything.

  • Lead paint: a house built before 1970 may have it, and it never advises anyone to sand, scrape or heat-strip old paint. It captures the age of the building if they know it and lets you raise it.
  • Heights and ladders are never suggested. Fresh paint fumes with anyone unwell: ventilate, leave the area, 000 if they are struggling to breathe.
  • The deadline is the urgency — a property going to market, a settlement date, a new tenant, a function. Captured as a date and flagged. Otherwise everything is a quote booking, and it says so.
  • No square-metre rate, no "roughly". It captures interior, exterior or both, how many rooms or roughly the size, single or double storey, occupied or empty during the work, and the deadline.

Take card details

Every quote call answered. Two plans, month to month, no lock-in.

The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. When you're convinced, the plans are on the pricing page.

We use this to ring you back about setting up, and nothing else.
