"Can I drive on it yet?" — the answer is whatever you told them, not a number the agent invents.

Answering now
Our own line, answered by the same agent. Ring it and ask it anything.
agents247 is an Australian AI receptionist that answers the phone for concreters when you can't. It gives the one piece of advice that saves a slab, treats cement burns as the injury they are, never tells anyone to dig, and captures the quote visit. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then emails you the job before they hang up. Solo is $199 a month for 150 calls, Team is $449 for 500, GST included, no lock-in.
A shed arriving on the fourteenth and no slab under it. They rang from the hardware store car park. The concreter who answered got the slab, the path to it, and the driveway the following year.
From day one, before you customise anything.
- Wet concrete burns. Anyone with concrete on skin or in eyes: rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice; in eyes, or if the skin is burning, 000 or straight to a doctor — cement burns get worse quietly.
- On a new pour: keep off it for as long as the concreter said — not a number the agent invents — and do not park on it, hose it or cover it unless told to. Callers ring on day two asking; a wrong number here costs them a slab.
- Before you dig: it never tells anyone to dig or break out anything. Underground services are a real hazard and locating them is your job. A slab that has dropped, cracked badly or moved near a house is flagged urgent and captured; it does not diagnose subsidence.
- Almost nothing is an emergency. Real deadlines — a build schedule, a settlement, an inspection, a machine or a shed arriving — are captured as dates. One genuine urgency: a trip hazard on a public footpath or a commercial site, which is a liability, and it is flagged.
- No per-square-metre price; it turns on access, excavation, fall, reinforcement, finish and how the truck gets there. It captures rough size in metres or paces, what is there now, access for a truck and a pump, slope, the finish they have in mind, the deadline, and whether a council crossover is involved.
What it refuses to do
Every slab and driveway call answered. Two plans, month to month, no lock-in.
The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. When you're convinced, the plans are on the pricing page.
