Blot, don't rub. And don't tip the supermarket stuff on it before we see it.

Answering now
Our own line, answered by the same agent. Ring it and ask it anything.
agents247 is an Australian AI receptionist that answers the phone for carpet cleaners when you can't. It gives the one piece of advice that earns trust, books pet urine as the different treatment it is, and states from-prices only where you have published them. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then emails you the job before they hang up. Solo is $199 a month for 150 calls, Team is $449 for 500, GST included, no lock-in.
End of lease on Friday, a lease that says the carpets go back professionally cleaned, and a puppy. They rang between packing boxes. The cleaner who answered got the job, the bond-clean referral, and the lounge suite.
From day one, before you customise anything.
- On a fresh spill: blot, do not rub, and do not tip supermarket spot-remover on it before the technician sees it — the wrong chemical sets a stain and can bleach the pile. On pet urine, the treatment is different from a general clean, and it goes in the booking that way.
- Water damage is not carpet cleaning. Standing water from a burst pipe or a flood is a restoration job and often an insurance one; it captures it and flags it rather than booking a steam clean, and says so if you do not do restoration. Anything suggesting danger to life or property: 000.
- A fresh spill or a pet accident is urgent — the sooner the better, and it says why. An end-of-lease date within days is urgent. A general refresh, an annual clean, upholstery — not.
- It never promises a stain will come out; the technician says on sight. Drying time is an honest range, and conditions change it.
- Per-room from-prices are yours to publish. Where you have, it may state them as from-prices, always with what changes them — size, condition, stains, stairs. Where you have not, it is never-quote. It captures rooms and stairs, carpet, rug or upholstery, the stains and what caused them, pets, the end-of-lease date, and parking for the hose run.
What it refuses to do
Every end-of-lease call answered. Two plans, month to month, no lock-in.
The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. When you're convinced, the plans are on the pricing page.
